§ Mr. Eggarasked the Attorney-General if he will prosecute Crass Records under section 2 of the Obscene Publications Act in respect of its record "How does it feel to be the mother of 1,000 dead?".
§ The Attorney-General:I have considered the record to which my hon. Friend refers and have decided that its publication does not amount to a contravention of section 2.
