§ Mr. Proctorasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on the visit paid by the Minister of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the hon. Member for Woking (Mr. Onslow) to the Falkland Islands; and what conclusions or decisions have been reached by his Department as a result of that visit.
§ Mr. Rifkind:I refer my hon. Friend to the reply my hon. Friend the Minister of State gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Haltemprice (Sir P.
