§ Mr. Wiggin:The network and terminal planning provision section is part of the headquarters of 2 Signal Brigade and is responsible for the planning and ordering of the various telecommunication systems to meet the Army's operational requirements within the United Kingdom. Close links are maintained with British Telecom. The section is a small mixed, civilian and military one, some half-dozen strong.
