§ Mr. Penhaligonasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will list for the last 10 years the reports of mining subsidence made to the sectional mineral valuer based at Taunton for each of the countries covered.
§ Mr. Ridley:Information in the form requested is available only from October 1975, when the office at Taunton was established, and is set out in the following table. Previously sectional mineral valuers operating from bases in London and Cardiff reported on mining subsidence in the counties listed.
