§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in view of the fact that Brian Radley, who was sentenced to a £100 fine on 6 August at Wolverhampton stipendiary magistrates' court has not yet paid the fine, he will prosecute him for non-payment or request the Director of Public Prosecutions to do so.
