§ Mr. Skinnerasked the Secretary of State for Transport whether he will limit the pay rise in money terms, of the chairman of British Rail to the average increase offered to the railwaymen.
§ Mr. EyreMy right hon. Friend will be considering the question of salaries for the board of British Rail in the light of proposals to be put to us by the board. His determinations in respect of these salaries will be laid before the House in due course.
