§ Mr. Peter MorrisonThe commission is confident that its current scheme, the youth opportunities programme, and its planned youth training scheme can operate satisfactorily in Tavistock. There may be difficulty in catering locally for all the available young people, however, and some may have to travel to Plymouth.
