§ Mr. Terry Davisasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when the Chief Inspector of Audit will reply to the letter dated 12 August from Councillor Theresa Stewart about the employment of Price Waterhouse by the city of Birmingham council to undertake a review of the social services department.
