§ 30. Mr. Dalyellasked the Minister for Trade if he will make a statement about his discussions with British Caledonian Airlines about its £6 million loss, as a result of the South Atlantic war, and the denial of Argentinian air space.
§ Mr. SproatI have regular contact with British Caledonian Airlines and am well aware of the adverse financial and operational impact upon the airline of the Falkland crisis. For our part, we should like to see normal air links between the United Kingdom and Argentina resumed.
