§ Mr. Ridley[pursuant to his reply, 26 May 1982, c. 312 ]: The Inland Revenue is constantly revising its procedures for the prevention and detection of tax evasion in all parts of the United Kingdom. It is not possible to estimate the loss of revenue due to the black economy in Northern Ireland.
