§ Mr. Wyn RobertsWe are satisfied that, since the establishment of the HAS in 1969, the arrangements have worked well in both England and Wales. We do not consider that it would be desirable to publish HAS reports. Publication could inhibit the exchange of information often of a confidential nature between the HAS teams, staff, the authorities concerned and my office.
