Member for Birmingham, Perry Barr, 7 April, Official Report, c. 396–97, if the reference to improvement in the level of family income supplement take-up referred to absolute numbers or numbers as a proportion of those thought to be eligible.

When I said I hoped that the level of take-up of family income supplement had improved—[Vol. 21, c.396–97.]—I was referring to the number of recipients as a proportion of those thought to be eligible.
