§ The Prime MinisterIn advance of the debate on 20 May, the Government made available to hon. Members the draft interim agreement which had been presented to the United Nations Secretary-General on 17 May on behalf of Her Majesty's Government. As I said in that debate, the earlier proposals belong to those who devised them, and they are no longer on the negotiating table. At present, therefore, I cannot add to the information about them which has already been conveyed to the House.
