§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithIt is not possible to give a precise estimate of the effect of the delay in the start of the 1982–83 sheep marketing year. However, because of the way in which the amount of premium due to producers is calculated, the overall level of support to farm incomes should not be greatly affected.
