§ Sir Brandon Rhys Williamsasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will publish the terms of the current constitution of the Visiting Orchestras Consultative Association; and on what date it was adopted and what changes were made at that time.
§ Mr. WaddingtonPublication of the Visiting Orchestras Consultative Association's constitution is a matter for that association. However, I understand that copies are available to all members of the associaton and to inquirers with a bona fide interest in visiting orchestras. I also understand that the present constitution came into effect on 1 July 1981 and replaced one dated 1 July 1974. I will send my hon. Friend copies of both constitutions shortly.
