§ Mr. John MooreThere has been no change in Government policy since my reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Ludlow (Mr. Cockeram) on 3 July 1980. However, in the light of the recommendations of the Commission on Energy and the Environment, among other things, the Government have the question of future opencast production under review.
