§ Mr. Mike Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Social Services on how many occasions in each of the last five years for which figures are available patients admitted to hospital under section 60 of the Mental Health Act 1959 have been discharged by order of a tribunal to which application had been made by the patient concerned within the first six months of his detention.
