§ Mr. Foulkesasked the Minister for Trade (1) if his Department was consulted by the Scottish Development Agency in connection with the commissioning of a report from consultants on the lowland Scottish airports;
(2) if he will make a statement of the policy of Her Majesty's Government on the future of the three lowland Scottish airports.
