Member for Southampton, Itchen, on 5 May, Official Report, c. 61–62, any public pronouncement was made by his Department on 16 April when the matter of contract for salvaging of gold on HMS "Edinburgh" was referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions; and if he will make a statement.
