§ Mr. Gordon Wilsonasked the Prime Minister why the consultations between the Department of Education and Science and the Scottish Education Department necessary 169W to answer the letters of 9 and 10 February from the hon. Member for Dundee, East, referred to in the answer of 21 April, Official Report, c. 98, have taken some three months; and when a full reply may be expected.
§ The Prime MinisterMy hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State for Education and Science has now sent a full reply to the hon. Member, in which he has apologised for the unacceptable delay.
