§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergThe Public Health Laboratory Service is administered by a board set up under legislation consolidated in section 5 of the National Health Service Act 1977, as amended by the Public Health Laboratory Service Act 1979. The representation of the staff on the Whitley Councils is a matter for the staff organisations concerned.
