§ Mr. John Wellsasked the Attorney-General if he will prosecute Dr. Peter Huntingford, consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist at the West Kent hospital, for homicide in view of his statement that he had caused the death of a grossly handicapped baby in 1959 by giving it an injection.
§ The Attorney-GeneralI have asked the Director of Public Prosecutions to make inquiries into this matter.
