§ The Prime MinisterMy right hon. Friend the Home Secretary has under consideration further guidance to the police about the conduct of inquiries into alleged rape offences. Questions of court procedure will be considered in the light of the outcome of the Criminal Law Revision Committee's review of the law on sexual offences.
