§ Peter Rees[pursuant to his reply, 19 March 1982, c. 212]: No. Such vehicles may be imported freely under the authority of the open general import licence, dated 8 August 1980, issued by the Secretary of State for Trade. I am not aware of any proposal to import Japanese-designed tractors assembled in Turkey.
