§ Mr. Wheelerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if, in view of several recent fire deaths, he will provide for the proper provision for means of escape in case of fire in houses in multiple occupation and require fire certificate provisions similar to those for hotels and boarding houses to be applied to all houses in multiple occupation, especially in inner London.
