§ Mr. Adam ButlerOn 5 August 1981 a bomb explosion at Adelaide Street, Belfast damaged an electricity transformer containing polychlorinated biphenyl. Liquid which leaked from the damaged transformer was collected and disposed of, and steps were taken to deal with contamination to drains. The premises affected were checked to ensure that there was no health risk to the occupants.
