§ Mr. EyreI see no reason at present to introduce legislation, but I shall keep a close watch on the situation. The code of practice on the use of citizens band radio issued by my right hon. Friend the Home Secretary warns drivers against using their equipment in such a way as to impair their ability to drive safely.
