§ Mr. SproatI have received an application from Mr. Knud Jensen, of 72 London Road, Southampton, for my consent under section 34 of the Coast Protection Act 1949, to site fish cages below high water mark near Calshot Spit and near Hurst Castle. Each proposal envisages up to 24 cages and two working platforms contained within an area up to 150 metres by 50 metres. I am considering the application and will announce my decision shortly.
