§ The Prime MinisterNo. My right hon. Friend the Home Secretary is responsible for these matters in so far as the Government have a role. Ministers in charge of some other Departments have an interest, and I leave it to my Cabinet colleagues to make their own arrangements for the allocation of work between junior Ministers in their Departments.
