General of Fair Trading, an individual supplier of exempted products, or a trade association representing such a supplier may seek leave from the court to apply for a review of its decision, but the court may grant leave only if there is prima facie evidence of a material change in the relevant circumstance. If my hon. Friend has any such evidence he may like to send it to the director general.
