§ Mr. YoungerThe table following indicates the average annual standard rents for each authority in 1981–82 and, as far as I know, the average standard rents now proposed for 1982–83. Information on rate poundage in 1981–82 is published by the Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy in 'Rating Review—May 1981' which is available in the Library. Figures for 1982–83 are not at present available.
