§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Deparment if, in view of the substantial costs being met by local ratepayers in cases where additional police are required in the vicinity of football grounds, particularly where special police precautions are necessary, he will review the policy under which no contribution is normally made by the organisers to the cost of policing matches and similar occasions outside the ground.
