§ Mr. Alison[pursuant to his reply, 4 March, c. 225]: Table 1 gives the numbers registered as unemployed and the percentage rates of unemployment at May 1979 and February 1982 in the Wolverhampton travel-to-work area and the West Midlands region.
Table 2 gives the age and duration information at April 1979 and January 1982, the latest date for which these quarterly figures are available.
The figures in both tables include school leavers and are not seasonally adjusted.
