Mr. Wigleyasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will list the steps he has taken since he took office to make it easier for youngsters to enter the agriculture industry; which of these steps he considers to have been successful; and whether he has any further proposals on this matter.
§ Mr. Peter WalkerThe measures we have taken to retain the success of British agriculture have been of benefit to youngsters entering the industry. Agricultural colleges, university faculties and the agricultural training board are providing for the education and training needs of new entrants to the industry.
