§ Dr. VaughanIt would be impracticable to publish in theOfficial Report all the agreed policies within which district health authorities will make their decisions They will be those determined between each district health authority and the regional health authority through the operation of the NHS planning system, new guidance on which will be issued shortly. In framing their own plans, health authorities are expected to take into account the Government's policies and priorities as set out in "Care in Action," copies of which are in the Library of the House.
