The Solicitor-GeneralMr. Registrar Dewhurst was in practice as a barrister for over 10 years before being appointed a registrar in bankruptcy of the High Court on 6 January 1981; his salary is £21,837 a year and the date on which he is due to retire is 5 January 1993.
