Member for Manchester, Wythenshawe of 21 June, Official Report, c. 3, and 27 May, Official Report, c. 360, concerning the decision not to refer to the Monopolies and Mergers Commission the bid for Allied Suppliers Ltd. his right hon. and noble Friend the Secretary of State will make it his policy to announce such decisions, so far as is possible, to Parliament before they are announced elsewhere.
