§ Mr. MellorThe neighbourhood energy action scheme has proved most successful so far and will certainly continue. We shall be making £201,500 available in 1982–83 to support the activities of neighbourhood energy action itself and to give preparatory and start-up grants to help the establishment of community insulation projects. This is an increase on the 1981–82 sum of £104,500.
