§ Mr. TebbitI made clear to the general secretary of the Trades Union Congress last December and again in February that I was always ready to discuss with him and other members of the TUC the Employment Bill, or any other matters of mutual interest. He has not yet taken up my offer to discuss the Employment Bill.
