§ Mr. RaisonThe Government's proposals to which the hon. Member refers are designed to reduce radio interference and would among other things, enable the Secretary of State to control the sale of equipment whose installation, use, importation and manufacture he already has powers to control under the Wireless Telegraphy Acts. 775W They will be presented to the House as soon as parliamentary time permits. Since they relate to enforcement, they do not imply any change in policy as to the types of wireless telegraphy equipment which the Government are willing to license.
