§ Mr. WaddingtonInformation is available only in respect of statutory redundancy payments made under the provisions of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978. The table shows the total amounts, and the average amount per employee, which was paid by employers, refunded to employers from the redundancy fund and paid direct to employees from the redundancy fund in the years referred to.
