In April my right hon. Friend announced the first scrutiny into the collection of payments due to health authorities under the provisions of856W the Road Traffic Act. I can now announce nine further studies which regional health authorities expect can begin between September and March next year.

Three other regions are currently considering studies and I hope to be able to announce additions to the list later in the year.
