Mr. Latham

asked the Prime Minister what reply she intends to make to the letter sent to her on 22 July by the President of the National Federation of Building Trades Employers; and whether she intends to publish her reply, in view of the fact that Mr. Fordy's letter to her was released to the press.

I hope to reply to Mr. Fordy's letter shortly and will send my hon. Friend a copy. I shall consider whether my reply should be released to the press.
