§ Mr. Marlowasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will set out the numbers employed in local government, the cost of local government, the average amount of domestic rates payable per household, the total amount of commercial and industrial rates payable, giving the last three categories in actual terms and indexed at 1960 = 100, for 1960 and each subsequent year.
