§ Mr. David MitchellComplaints alleging discrimination by district councils in Northern Ireland are made to the Commissioner for Complaints, the Fair Employment Agency or the Equal Opportunities Commission for Northern Ireland. The annual reports of these statutory bodies, copies of which are in the Library, detail the cases and their outcome.
