§ Mr. Proctorasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many empty properties were owned by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive at the latest date for which figures are available; if he will publish any geographical breakdown which is available; and if he will set out the figures for those properties that have been empty for more than three months in each case.
