§ Mr. Christopher Priceasked the Attorney-General if the Director of Public Prosecutions has completed his inquiries into the case of Mr. Roy Garner and Mr. Kenneth Ross who were alleged in open court by a Crown witness, at the trial of David Spicer and five others at Snaresbrook Crown Court which ended on 2 June, to be receivers of stolen property.
