§ Mr. WigginI have today placed in the Library a copy of this report and also of the reply which I have sent to Sir Peter Stallard, chairman of the Dartmoor steering group. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment and I would like to take this opportunity of placing on record the Government's appreciation of the390W work of the steering group, which has provided an invaluable forum for the discussion of the many different, and sometimes controversial issues arising from the Services' use of Dartmoor.
