§ The Attorney-GeneralNeither my consent nor that of the Director of Public Prosecutions is required for the institution of proceedings for any offence contrary to the provisions of the Post Office Act 1953. Neither the director nor I have received any specific complaint of any such offence having been committed at St. Thomas's hospital.
