§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in view of the several approaches made to him by the hon. Member for Newham, North-West and the approaches made by the Park ward of the Newham, North-Wes Labour Party concerning the case of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Ofosu, a Ghanaian couple, he will reconsider his decision to return them to their home country.
